If you are looking for directions to the Orchard Sauna then you can find that here.

If you have any questions then please drop us a line!

for your session

Please bring:

  • a towel (although two is better - one to sit on, one to dry with)

  • a bathing costume (whatever feels most appropriate and comfortable for you)

  • water bottle

  • a padlock for the lockers

in your session

Please try and follow these simple bits of Sauna Etiquette:

  • towels in sauna: sitting on your towel means that the Sauna is kept more hygienic for everyone. Take your towel with you when you leave the Sauna.

  • shower before plunging: this helps keep the plunge pools cleaner - no one likes a dirty plunge!

  • use the airlock: opening and closing one door at a time means the sauna stays nice ‘n’ hot!

  • check before you wet: get confirmation from everyone before putting water on the Sauna heater!

our swimwear policy

We ask our guests to wear swimwear during their sessions, and our policy is "wear what suits you".

You are welcome to wear the clothing that you identify with, and that allows you to fully relax during your session with us.

All of our spaces (saunas, cold plunges, changing rooms and loo) are gender neutral, as are the bathrooms across the Farm.
